What it is — and what it isn't
It is a hands-on experience. During the session the team makes music together — it does not watch a performance or a lecture. Starting from rhythm, voice and listening, the group builds, from scratch, something no single person could do alone. Complexity increases gradually and the final result is only possible with real cooperation.

What happens in the session
Through the experience, participants:
- move, experiment and listen to each other;
- communicate and respond to others, in pairs and small groups;
- learn simple rhythms and melodic lines and improvise on them;
- coordinate several functions at the same time;
- build, layer by layer, a collective result.
Each step adds a new demand. When a team can hold its own part and hear the others, the result appears — and everyone feels it immediately.

International teams
Available in English and Portuguese. The format works especially well with international teams because much of the communication happens through demonstration, music, rhythm, gesture and non-verbal interaction — it does not depend on everyone sharing the same first language.
The session can be delivered entirely in English, entirely in Portuguese, or bilingually.
Logistics
Myguel Santos e Castro travels to the company's premises or the event venue. The requirements are simple:
- a room with space for people to move;
- movable chairs — preferably no tables;
- a whiteboard and markers;
- printing of a few materials sent in advance.
The facilitator brings a keyboard. A stage and a large sound system are usually not required.
